the Purposes of fund is realization of charities directed on:

1. Social support and protection of people with the limited opportunities, including improvement of a financial position of invalids.

2. Assistance of activity in sphere of formation, a science, culture, art, education, to spiritual development of the person.

3. Assistance of activity in sphere of preventive maintenance and health protection of invalids.

4. Assistance of activity in sphere of physical training for invalids.

Problems of Fund are:

1. Realization of prosthetics and health services of invalids, including on means collected by Fund.

2. Realization of tourist trips of invalids, and as trips with the purpose of treatment or for participation in cultural actions, including on means collected by Fund.

3. The organization of leisure of invalids.

4. Assistance to the decision of social, household, legal and other problems of invalids.

the Fund has the right to reception of charitable donations from foreign citizens, and as from the foreign and international organizations.
