Hello

My name is Olga. I live in Sesroretsky, a resort of St Petersburg. Ten years ago, my spine was fractured in a car crash and since then I have been unable to walk. For the first year after the accident, I hoped to be able to use my legs, but when I understood the seriousness of my situation I began to search for other ways to express myself.

For four years, I enjoyed sports competition in a special racing wheelchair, and competed in the Russian Championships in field and track events for the disabled and achieved prize-winning places. But someone wanted the sports ground near where I live and where I trained. It has been taken away from us and so my sports life came to an end. Then I married, but after four years we parted. So, after a year of loneliness, I have decided to place my photographs here. I would like to find new friends, to get some support and perhaps meet someone special.

I am sociable, with a good sense of humour. I love to have cheerful people around me and to receive visitors. I like to read and I love football. I watch the football championships and, naturally, I am a fan of Zenith. When I had the opportunity, I always went to the stadium for the home matches. Now, since my divorce, I have to watch the matches on the T.V. because it is difficult to reach the stadium. I still enjoy getting to know new people.
